Abstract

This paper explores the integration of cyber-physical systems (CPS) in the field of precision agriculture and crop management. With advancements in technology, the agriculture industry has seen a growing interest in leveraging CPS to enhance productivity, sustainability, and efficiency. The abstract presents an overview of the key concepts, technologies, and applications involved in the development and implementation of CPS in precision agriculture. It discusses how CPS can effectively gather, analyze, and utilize vast amounts of data to optimize crop management practices. The paper further examines the challenges and opportunities presented by CPS in the agricultural sector, emphasizing the need for interdisciplinary collaboration and robust cybersecurity measures. Through the analysis of case studies, the abstract highlights the benefits of integrating CPS in precision agriculture, such as improved crop yield, reduced input costs, and minimized environmental impact. It concludes by proposing future research directions to further enhance the capabilities of CPS in agriculture.
